noah has to go see an ear/nose/throat specialist b/c of his ongoing issues with illness/strep.
mary is on antibiotics for an ear infection.
i'm truly hoping that john does not catch any of this. he simply doesn't need to catch a virus or bug. (they're saying noah is a virus this time).
we had camping scheduled for next week and needed to cancel.
so all that stinks. but...
we had our annual fund raiser for work last night. it's a sit down dinner/band/silent auction semi formal type event. john went with me and danced the night away with me, my friends, and my staff. (my oh my that boy is social). it was so so good to see him acting like his old self. granted, he had to take some breaks and be aware of what he was doing, but all in all it was a great time seeing him have fun.
when we got home his was wiped out and his legs were swollen and he has some vasculitis spots on his chest and legs now. he said he's "uncomfortable in his own body" today.
... but it was worth it. i think he feels it was worth it too.
... mostly.
