john is not doing very well. he tried to take isaiah to play tennis and had to stop after just a few minutes (like, 2). he is upstairs sleeping now. i think dancing the night away fri night has caught up with him harder than he expected.
we are learning how to live this new life of "i feel fine until i try to actually do anything and then i realize that i am not fine and that frustrates me so i do it anyway and then i pay for it for days" life.
