what we've both noticed so far:
-wow, while you are doing this detox you are super awake when you are awake and you are dead to the world when you are asleep. we both have slept crazy hard these past two nights and have woken up in the morning with energy that lifts that usual foggy '5 more minutes' feeling.
-we've both lost weight, which wasn't the point but is a nice reward for the green gunk we consume.
-poop seems to be an issue. there's a tea for that. hoping it works. don't imagine i'll be blogging much about that but, Bevin, since you want every detail about this, you can email me directly if you like. =)
on a different note: john has had a tightening feeling around his toes for the past two days and i suddenly have a red spot on my hand that looks suspiciously like vasculitis. hhmmm??
i've had people ask me about the specifics of this detox but it really is too much to type. bascially it is veggies, water, veggies, tea, veggies, fruit, veggies, fiber, veggies, ... all liquid or soupy. during this time we are also doing nice things for ourselves that promote relaxation, enhanced health, and assists with the detoxification process: for example, sauna, clay wrap, salt massages, walking, sleeping, reiki, detox baths, exfoliation, kidney cleanse, gall bladder and liver flush, etc. of course john won't let anyone he doesn't know touch him so, ...not so much of the massage delight for john. i told him he doesn't know what he's missing.
there's a plan to come safely off the detox after all is said and done but that's chater 9 and i'm still figuring out my juicer.

I think you are speaking of "smooth move" which happens to be my favorite name for a tea. When we did the master cleanse, it was a favorite. I hint of licorice if I remember. Glad to hear things are going well.
