john is wondering if we can find a way to juice a piece of chicken.

john's had some strange tingly feeling in his feet. not sure what the cause of that is. vasculitis? the detox? this flu-y thingy he's just coming off of? unsure. please pray it's not a big deal.

ps: we got the jack la lanne juicer. it came highly recommended by many people.
my opinion: it rocks as hard as equipment that makes green gross juice can rock.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder i guess.
