John started the metal chelating pills yesterday. This should start to purge the metals and chemicals out of his cells that are a result of the chemo he went through last summer. I am starting week 2 of the 7 system cleanse. I am happy to report that so far he has no side effects from anything he's introduced into his system, he's down 25 pounds since starting all of this healthy living, and he's making consistently good nutritional choices. I am also happy to report that my cleanse induced raging headaches, indigestion, gurggly bully, and lethergy have passed. I am feeling brilliantly normal today. I'll take normal wherever I can get it.
I miss my Goo; though I feel her around me pretty often.
