john went out and about today, ...the grocery store, walmart, friendly's. he kept his leg up while at home and tooled around in a motor seat while in the stores but i'm still worried he may have overdone. on one hand i want him to live life, on the other hand i want him to take it easy. i am trying to trust that he'll listen to his own body and rest when he needs to. i guess we'll see tomorrow if today exceeded limits. other than that, he seems ok. his weight continues to drop while his face continues to swell, ...both due to the meds. he tries to keep his spirits up but he is still in a lot of pain in his left leg b/c of the clot.
please continue to pray for healing.
