john has been getting a burning sensation up his outer forearm that will actually turn the skin visibly red to the eye. like one minute it's fine and then he says it's burning and i look again and i can see from across the table that it's firey red. it's on and off for a few days now. he says it's happened on his leg(s?) too.

5 days till detox. i still need to buy a juicer.
speaking of which, do you have any idea how MANY TYPES of juices there are out there? oy.

Karyn has the jack lalanne power juicer pro and it is awesome. you wouldn't believe the stuff you can juice in that thing. good luck!!!
i have a juicer. I don't know what kind but I could go find out pretty quickly.
