or the robin red (orange) breast rather. we have not one but TWO sightings in the front yard.
of course it took me ten solid minutes to scrape the ice off the windshield this morning but whatever.
so john and i have been talking about this detox thing. i must admit, it scares me. it scares me b/c i know what absolute crap i felt like when i did it for just 15 days (the one we plan to do is 21 days) and i was healthy (he really isn't). so, i'm nervous for me and scared for him but everytime i remind myself that we have not cleansed him of those parasites we saw swim by the slide in his blood sample last november i get all icky. we simply must be rid of the parasites.
they can't be good for his body.
yuck.

i saw a robin over the weekend. Spring is here even if the weather is still crappy. better days are just around the bend...and I'm not only talking about the weather.
Parasites are one of those things that I'm not sure why God created. They're right up there with tapeworm. But who am I to question the Big Guy.
is there any other way to be rid of the parasites?
