random updates

• a day or so after both john and i had those bad dreams about the vasculitis on his face, he got a vasculitis spot under his eye. odd
• john, about a week ago, had a strip of vasculitis up his calf. it seems its only purpose is to tease us into madness. also, around the same time, he had severe numbness in the crook of his leg (where the knee bends). he said it was completely numb for many hours. that's new
• i am on day 9 of the cleanse. the new 'side effect' (for lack of better words) is, ...HUNGER. i am famished. FAMISHED i say. rememeber the 'i haven't been this tired since the first trimester of pregnancy' statement? well, "i haven't been this hungry since the first trimester of pregnancy". that's all the first trimester was for me, fatigued and starving. seems a cleanse mirrors that for me
• john has been working many hours. he seems to be holding up not as well as pre-2008 but WAY better than just a few months ago and even, really, just a few weeks ago. i think we are on to something with this naturopath stuff. quality of life may not be a distant memory after all.
