today is the last day of my 7 system cleanse. all i have to say is that john better take a vacation from life when he plans to do this b/c it was a 15 day cleanse and the fatigue lasted about 13 of those days, no joke.
no, seriously. it kicked my butt.
seriously.
at times i was so drained i wanted to literally start crying.
i'm not sure what i'll do next; right now i am joining john in his newest vitamin, milk thistle. he is doing really well with all of this. i simply cannot believe the difference in quality of life this has made for him and, in turn, the rest of us.
tomorrow is Isaiah's 11th birthday. last year john was released from the hospital on today's date. this year, he spent today buying cupcakes for the classroom, ordering a cake for us to celebrate at night, buying presents and balloons, ...
what a difference a year makes.
