Mint Care, ... it's what's best!

wasn't it just new years? where did the month go? anyway, it was a pretty good month.

john is improving. slowly-slowly-slowly but surely. slow and steady wins the race, yes?

john is working again on a routine basis. he has begun the hard work of rebuilding his business that was lost last year (Mint Care: Elder Companion Service). so far, so good. he has a few new accounts and a few new employees. it feels good to see him look closer to what 'normal' used to be, but even, dare i say, ... healthier. his color is better. his weight is better. his nutritional habits are better. he cannot exercise at all just yet, even the slightest activity starts the vasculitis spots back up. i am trying to encourage him to consider nonimpact activities like yoga or swimming. we shall see.

it also feels good that in an economy where businesses are closing and employees are being laid off, we are building and hiring. i'm certain that that is God's way of using our blessings to in turn bless others. God rocks.

please keep praying. prayer is powerful stuff.
thanks,
k
