life is good. there's a list of not so great things that i am choosing to keep behind my teeth and instead focus on what's going right...

since the week of detox john has been in less pain, had less inflammation, droppped some weight and feels overall a bit better than before.

john's family came over on chrsitmas eve and put the toilet in the new bathroom. then we went to church with my family.

john has picked up a new client that keeps him busy much of the time. this helps with his mood. it keeps him feeling productive and it also distracts him a bit i think.

chrsitmas and all the activities that go with it went really well. we have groovy kids.

john took me out to dinner last night. one of the rare times that we've been alone as actual grown ups in quite some time. the food and company were both lovely.

we' ve worked out a few financial things that should make the new year a bit better. and we also have been literally showered with blessings from people around us that love us.

i have decided it's time to get back into grad school (i took a leave when john got so sick last jan).

john has done super on the probiotics and tomorrow starts the digestive enzymes.

so, that's all really good.
over and out.
