last saturday john and i went to a friend's wedding.
he danced his arse off (we both did).
on sunday we (the whole family) went to watkins glen state park and walked the gorge http://nysparks.state.ny.us/parks/info.asp?parkID=105
750 stairs, uphill, 1.5 miles, and hiked the indian trail back down.
he sweated his arse off (we all did).

sunday night he crashed into bed at 9:30 pm with a low grade fever, and woke up at 10:30 pm, ...and promptly puked.

so, perhaps his arse did a bit too much last weekend? but all in all, a good time was had by all. =)

ok, on a more serious note, he has also been having some other 'minor' problems for the past 3 days so we are hoping that it's just that he overdid and not that something's wrong. we shall see. he also added a mineral supplement to his diet; i have no idea if that's the culprit but i blog it as i see it, so there it is.
