So, nothing ever happened from the spots or swelling or uvula. Yee-haw.
It dawned on us that John fogot to go get his weekly bloodwork done last Friday. Yikes. This is the bloodwork that tests his blood levels for the thinner (for clot) but it also checks him weekly for leukemia (that his chemo can cause). ugh. So, choosing to see this in the positive, we will choose to believe that last Friday life was so normal that John actually forgot he was sick and released his anxiety. Sometimes 'normal' is perfect.
